Red Leaf

For my "By the Sea" project that I'm blogging the progress for, I've decided to build some trees. As it's been a very long time since if tried making one, thought I'd have some practice and get it to a point I felt comfortable to include it in the scene. Although it was a little rushed and only a white box, I had a tone of fun with it and decided to put it in to marmoset and play with some lighting ideas.

After going through the process, I think I might even make a new tree for the Shogunate Prop challenge, though I want to do some research in to authentic Japanese trees and build that one from scratch, of course.
